HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate the Breese Mater 
4Dei Knights girls volleyball team on winning the Class 3A State 
5Championship; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, The Knights won the State Championship on November 
712, 2011 at the Redbird Arena in Normal against Marian Central; 
8and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, This victory was the second State championship in 
10a row for the Knights, who also won the 3A title in 2010; and
  
 
  
11    WHEREAS, The Coach of the Knights is Chad Rakers; the 
12Assistant Coach is Fred Rakers; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, The members of the team are: Samantha Bedard,

14Kayla Eversgerd,
Holland Hempen,
Alyssa Hitpas,
Bailey 
15Kampwerth,
Emily Koelling,
Lexi Kohnen, Ali Lampen,
Abby 
16Luebbers,
Mallory Mensing,
Brooke Schulte,
and Abbey Winter;

18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
19NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
20we congratulate the Breese Mater Dei Knights girls volleyball
