HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to  learn of the death of
Mary Ruth 
4Osman of Harrisburg, who passed away on February 29, 2012; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Mary Osman was born on Jan. 28, 1937, in 
6Elizabethtown, Kentucky; she was the daughter of the late 
7Lizzie Collier; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Mary Osman was employed as a hat maker and 
9supervisor for Harrisburg Manufacturing; she later worked at 
10Joy's Hallmark in Harrisburg; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Mary Osman was a member of Walnut Grove Church; 
12and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Mary Osman was preceded in death by her mother and 
14her husband, Glen D. Osman; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Mary Osman is survived by her son, Darrell Osman 
16and his wife, Carolyn; her daughter, Dena McDonald and her 
17husband, Steve; her grandchildren, Jennifer Osman and her 
18fiance, Brad Reed, Doug Osman, Cameron Bruce, Casey McDonald, 
19and Jonathon McDonald; her great-grandson, Troy Neil Bruce; and 
20her nephew, Bob Hall; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
2NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
3we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of 
4Mary Ruth Osman; and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Mary Osman as an expression of our 
7sympathy.
