| 4 | | Renea Taylor of Peoria, who passed away on April 14, 2012; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, She was born on October 16, 1957, in Peoria, to |
| 6 | | Jesse and Reva (Maiden) Hunter; she later married Ronnie |
| 7 | | Taylor; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, She served in many capacities at OSF Saint Francis |
| 9 | | Medical Center over her 28 years of service, last working as a |
| 10 | | phlebotomist; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, She was a loving, caring mother who loved the |
| 12 | | Lord, most people, cooking, decorating, and listening to gospel |
| 13 | | music; she was a member of the City of Refuge Worship Center |
| 14 | | and a former member of the New Morning Star M.B. Church; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 |
| 16 | | children at birth; her sister, Sarah Flowers; and her nephew, |
| 17 | | Joshua Hunter; and

| 18 | | WHEREAS, Melva Taylor is survived by her husband, Ronnie |
| 19 | | Taylor; her sons, Matthew Taylor, Ronnie Smith, and Dajon |
