| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate James and Martha |
| 4 | | McCoy on their 60th wedding anniversary; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, James and Martha were married on July 16, 1952, in |
| 6 | | Chicago; together, they have lived, worked, and raised a family |
| 7 | | in the City of Chicago; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, James and Martha are the proud parents of 4 |
| 9 | | children; they are the loving grandparents of 5 grandchildren; |
| 10 | | and they are the doting great-grandparents of 7 |
| 11 | | great-grandchildren; and

| 12 | | WHEREAS, The members of the McCoy family will host an |
| 13 | | anniversary dinner for James and Martha McCoy on July 15, 2012; |
