| 5 | | amended by adding Section 20 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 20. Rainwater harvesting and use recommendations. By |
| 8 | | June 30, 2012, the Agency, in consultation with the Illinois |
| 9 | | Department of Natural Resources, the Illinois Department of |
| 10 | | Public Health, storm water management agencies, and other |
| 11 | | interested parties either that specifically request to address |
| 12 | | the Agency with their ideas or that the Agency deems |
| 13 | | appropriate to include, shall submit to the General Assembly |
| 14 | | and the Governor recommendations for the safe handling and use |
| 15 | | of rainwater and rainwater harvesting systems for non-potable |
| 16 | | uses, such as toilet flushing and landscape irrigation, as are |
