AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 98




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 98 on page 1, line 
314, by replacing "State-operated or federally-operated" with 
4"federally-operated"; and


 
5on page 1, line 23, after "voter.", by inserting "For the 
6purposes of this Section,  "federally-operated veterans' home, 
7hospital, or facility" means the long-term care facilities at 
8the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, Illiana Health Care System, 
9Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital, Marion VA Medical Center, and 
10Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center."; and
 
11on page 4, lines 8 and 9, by replacing "State-operated or 
12federally-operated" with "federally-operated"; and
 
13on page 4, line 11, after "Act.", by inserting "For the 
14purposes of this Section,  "federally-operated veterans' home, 
15hospital, or facility" means the long-term care facilities at

8on page 4, line 23, after "facilities.", by inserting "For the 
9purposes of this Section,  "federally-operated veterans' home, 
10hospital, or facility" means the long-term care facilities at 
11the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, Illiana Health Care System, 
12Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital, Marion VA Medical Center, and

14on page 7, by replacing lines 9 through 13 with the following:
