| 3 | | on page 5, by replacing lines 7 through 11 with the following: |

more massage therapy |
| 6 | | schools approved by the Department that requires require

of 500 hours, except applicants applying on or after |
| 8 | | January 1, 2016 shall met a minimum requirement of 750 hours,

competency examination
