| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 170 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 13 through 14 with the following: |
| 4 | | "office (i) for a term expiring on June 30 of 2015, and every 4 |
| 5 | | years thereafter and (ii) until the Superintendent's successor |
| 6 | | is"; and

| 7 | | on page 2, line 23, by replacing "20" with "15"; and
|
| 8 | | on page 3, by replacing lines 17 through 18 with the following: |
| 9 | | "hold office (i) for a term expiring on June 30 of 2015, and |
| 10 | | every 4 years thereafter and (ii) until the Superintendent's"; |
| 11 | | and

| 12 | | on page 4, line 1, by replacing "20" with "15".
