AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 337 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 337, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41, as follows:


 
5on page 3, immediately below line 18, by inserting the 
6following:
7    "The Southern Illinois University Income Fund shall not be 
8subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks, 
9including, but not limited to, those that would in any way 
10result in the transfer of any funds from the Southern Illinois 
11University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in 
12having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the 
13express purposes set forth in this Act."; and

 
14on page 7, immediately below line 10, by inserting the 
15following:
16    "The Northern Illinois University Income Fund shall not be

1subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks, 
2including, but not limited to, those that would in any way 
3result in the transfer of any funds from the Northern Illinois 
4University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in

6express purposes set forth in this Act."; and

 
7on page 14, immediately below line 6, by inserting the 
8following:
9    "The Illinois State University Income Fund shall not be 
10subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks, 
11including, but not limited to, those that would in any way 
12result in the transfer of any funds from the Illinois State 
13University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in 
14having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the 
15express purposes set forth in this Act."; and

 
16on page 21, immediately below line 1, by inserting the 
17following:
18    "The Chicago State University Income Fund shall not be 
19subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks, 
20including, but not limited to, those that would in any way 
21result in the transfer of any funds from the Chicago State 
22University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in 
23having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the 
24express purposes set forth in this Act."; and

1on page 27, immediately below line 20, by inserting the 
2following:
3    "The Eastern Illinois University Income Fund shall not be 
4subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks, 
5including, but not limited to, those that would in any way 
6result in the transfer of any funds from the Eastern Illinois 
7University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in 
8having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the 
9express purposes set forth in this Act."; and

 
10on page 34, immediately below line 14, by inserting the 
11following:
12    "The Governors State University Income Fund shall not be 
13subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks, 
14including, but not limited to, those that would in any way 
15result in the transfer of any funds from the Governors State 
16University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in 
17having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the 
18express purposes set forth in this Act."; and

 
19on page 41, immediately below line 9, by inserting the 
20following:
21    "The Northeastern Illinois University Income Fund shall 
22not be subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or 
23chargebacks, including, but not limited to, those that would in

1any way result in the transfer of any funds from the 
2Northeastern Illinois University Income Fund to any other fund 
3of this State or in having any such funds utilized for any 
4purpose other than the express purposes set forth in this

6on page 48, immediately below line 4, by inserting the 
7following:
8    "The Western Illinois University Income Fund shall not be 
9subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks, 
10including, but not limited to, those that would in any way 
11result in the transfer of any funds from the Western Illinois 
12University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in 
13having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the 
14express purposes set forth in this Act."; and

 
15on page 55, immediately below line 5, by inserting the 
16following:
17    "The University Income Fund shall not be subject to sweeps, 
18administrative charges, or chargebacks, including, but not 
19limited to, those that would in any way result in the transfer 
20of any funds from the University Income Fund to any other fund 
21of this State or in having any such funds utilized for any 
22purpose other than the express purposes set forth in this 
23Act.".
