1    AN ACT concerning regulation.

 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly: 

 
4    Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended  by changing 
5Sections 4.23 and 4.24 as follows:

7    Sec. 4.23. Act Acts and Sections repealed on January 1,
