| 1 | | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1064

| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1064 on page 2, |
| 3 | | line 2, by inserting after "contractors." the following:

| 4 | | "The changes made to this Section by this amendatory Act of the |
| 5 | | 97th General Assembly apply only to contracts entered into on |
| 6 | | or after May 1, 2012. The changes made to this Section by this |
| 7 | | amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly do not apply to the |
| 8 | | renewal of contracts in which the original contracts were |
| 9 | | entered into before May 1, 2012."; and

| 10 | | on page 2, line 24, by inserting after "facility." the |
| 11 | | following:

| 12 | | "The changes made to this Section by this amendatory Act of the |
| 13 | | 97th General Assembly apply only to contracts entered into on |
| 14 | | or after May 1, 2012. The changes made to this Section by this |
| 15 | | amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly do not apply to the |
