| 5 | | changing Section 1-101 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 1-101. Short titles. (a) This Act shall be known and |
| 8 | | may be cited
as the the "Code of Civil Procedure".

| 9 | | (b) Article II shall be known as the "Civil Practice Law" |
| 10 | | and may be referred
to by that designation.

| 11 | | (c) Article III shall be known as the "Administrative |
| 12 | | Review Law" and
may be referred to by that designation.
