| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1370 on page 2, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 14 through 23 with the following: |
| 4 | | "(a) With respect to residential real estate, if at the |
| 5 | | time of the filing of a foreclosure complaint, the residential |
| 6 | | real estate is not inhabited or has not been purchased by a |
| 7 | | bona fide buyer who will either inhabit the premises or lease |
| 8 | | the property to a tenant for inhabitation within 90 days after |
| 9 | | the closing on the purchase of the property, the plaintiff |
| 10 | | shall pay a fee of $1,000 to the clerk of the court in which the |
| 11 | | foreclosure complaint is filed. Fees collected".
