2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1567, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41, as follows:


 
5on page 2, line 15, by replacing "5" with "6"; and
 
6on page 2, line 19, immediately after "employer community,", by 
7inserting "one member representing production agriculture land 
8owners,"; and
 
9on page 3, by replacing lines 2 and 3 with the following:
 
10    "Section 15. Report on carbon capture and sequestration 
11legislation.
12    (a) The Commission shall file a report no later"; and
 
13on page 3, by replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:
