| 4 | | 1, on page 126, line 20, by replacing "subsection (g)" with |
| 5 | | "subsections (g) and (h)"; and

| 6 | | on page 127, immediately below line 2, by inserting the |
| 7 | | following:

| 8 | | "(h) If any ordinance adopted under this Section requires |
| 9 | | the imposition of a tax or fee or the expenditure of funds, |
| 10 | | that ordinance, or portion thereof, requiring the tax, fee, or |
| 11 | | expenditure, as the case may be, shall not be effective until |
| 12 | | the governing body of the affected unit of local government |
| 13 | | approves the imposition of the tax or fee or the expenditure of |
| 14 | | the funds.".
