| 5 | | on page 3, line 14, after "abstinence", by inserting ", |
| 6 | | including the option of abstinence until marriage,"; and
|
| 7 | | on page 5, by replacing lines 14 through 16 with the following:

| 8 | | "materials available on its Internet website. School districts |
| 9 | | that do not currently provide sex education are not required to |
| 10 | | teach sex education. If a sex education class or course is |
| 11 | | offered in any of grades 6 through 12, the school district may |
| 12 | | choose and adapt the developmentally and age-appropriate, |
| 13 | | medically accurate, evidence-based, and complete sex education |
| 14 | | curriculum that meets the specific needs of its community.".
