AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1673




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1673, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
415, as follows:

 
5by replacing line 9 of page 1 with the following:
6"created as a legislative support services agency and shall be 
7comprised of eight Commissioners. Within"; and
 
8by replacing lines 16 and 17 of page 2 with the following:
9"full accordance with standard actuarial practice."; and
 
10by replacing lines 25 and 26 of page 3 with the following:
11    "a. cost of living adjustments (COLA),"; and
 
12by replacing line 7 of page 5 with the following:
13"report including its recommendations of changes to existing 
14law adopted by a majority of the members of the Commission,";
