AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1762

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1762 as follows:

on page 1, line 18, after "then" by inserting ", notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,"; and

on page 2, line 13, by replacing "an acceptable" with "a"; and

on page 2, line 14, after "order" by inserting "that is acceptable"; and

on page 2, by replacing line 19 with: "license until the completion of the criminal proceedings."; and

on page 3, line 15, by replacing "disciplined" with "whose license was revoked"; and

on page 3, lines 17, 19, 22, 24 and 25, by replacing "discipline" each time it appears with "revocation"; and

on page 4, immediately below line 5, by inserting the following:

"(g) The Department may adopt rules necessary to implement this Section.".
