| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1802 on page 9, |
| 3 | | immediately below line 7, by inserting the following:

| 4 | | "Any aggregation program approved by municipal referendum |
| 5 | | on April 5, 2011 shall be exempt from the changes made to this |
| 6 | | Section by this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly. |
| 7 | | Any aggregation program, whether a renewal of or approved |
| 8 | | subsequent to an expiring or current aggregation program, |
| 9 | | approved by municipal referendum after April 5, 2011 shall not |
| 10 | | be exempt from the changes made to this Section by this |
| 11 | | amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly.".
