AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1852




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1852 as follows:
 
3on page 3, line 12, by replacing "23" with "24"; and


 
4on page 4, by replacing lines 9 through 14 with the following:
5        "(10) a representative of an association representing 
6    public health administrators appointed by the Director;
7        (11) a representative of an organization of public 
8    health departments that serve the City of Chicago and the 
9    counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, 
10    Will, and Winnebago appointed by the Director;
11        (12) a representative of a general public health 
12    association appointed by the Director;"; and


 
13on page 4, line 16, by deleting "and"; and
 
14on page 4, by replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following:

1        "(14) the Lieutenant Governor or his or her designee; 
2    and
3        (15) five farmers who sell their farm products at
