| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Department of Central Management Services |
| 5 | | Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by |
| 6 | | adding Section 405-340 as follows:
|
| 7 | | (20 ILCS 405/405-340 new) |
| 8 | | Sec. 405-340. Local government job database. The |
| 9 | | Department shall accept job postings from all local units of |
| 10 | | government and shall post those openings on its current |
| 11 | | statewide database of jobs. The database shall be searchable by |
| 12 | | locale and other reasonable and accepted criteria.

| 13 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 | | becoming law.
