| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1914 on page 3, by |
| 3 | | inserting immediately below line 19 the following: |
| 4 | | "The public of this State shall be informed of the |
| 5 | | provisions of this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly |
| 6 | | by the network of rural agencies such as soil and water |
| 7 | | conservation districts, Illinois Tree Farm, Walnut Council, |
| 8 | | county offices of the United States Department of Agriculture |
| 9 | | Farm Service Agency, the United States Department of |
| 10 | | Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service, the |
| 11 | | Illinois Forestry Association, and any other like |
| 12 | | organizations and agencies that have newsletters and web |
| 13 | | sites.".
