| 4 | | "Sections 7-11, 7-12, 7-59, 7-60, 8-10, 8-17, 10-1,"; and

| 5 | | on page 5, by replacing lines 15 through 17 with the following: |
| 6 | | "Board shall direct such petitions to be filed in accordance |
| 7 | | with the time period set forth in the delegate selection plan |
| 8 | | for the State central committee that is approved by the |
| 9 | | national political party not more than 83 and
not less than 76 |
| 10 | | days prior to the date of the primary."; and

| 11 | | by deleting everything from line 11 on page 21 through line 22 |
| 12 | | on page 26; and
|
| 13 | | by deleting everything from line 1 on page 32 through line 2 on |
| 14 | | page 38.
