| 5 | | on page 40, lines 21 and 22, by deleting "as adjusted for the |
| 6 | | clean coal SNG facility rider mechanism"; and
|
| 7 | | on page 40, by replacing lines 24 and 25 with "interstate |
| 8 | | pipelines under federally approved tariffs. The Illinois gas |
| 9 | | utility shall initiate a clean coal SNG facility rider |
| 10 | | mechanism that (A) shall be applicable".
