| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2509 on page 3, |
| 3 | | line 7, by inserting after the period the following:

| 4 | | "Nothing in this subsection (c-5) prohibits the location of a |
| 5 | | treatment program involving the administration of Methadone |
| 6 | | within 1,000 feet of a school building or the real property |
| 7 | | comprising any school that persons under 18 attend if the |
| 8 | | treatment program was conducted at that location before the |
| 9 | | effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General |
| 10 | | Assembly.".
