| 4 | | in Section 5, in Sec. 4, by replacing subsection (a-0.7) with |

| 6 | | "(a-0.7) The public body awarding any contract for public |
| 7 | | work or otherwise undertaking any public works shall require |
| 8 | | that each bidder include in each bid an estimated total number |
| 9 | | of straight-time work hours to be performed by minorities and |
| 10 | | females, as defined in the Business Enterprise for Minorities, |
| 11 | | Females, and Persons with Disabilities Act, for each craft or |
| 12 | | type of worker or mechanic needed to execute the contract.".
