| 1 | | AN ACT concerning employment.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Equal Pay Act of 2003 is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 27 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (820 ILCS 112/27 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 27. Officers and agents. In addition to an individual |
| 8 | | who is deemed to be an employer pursuant to Section 5 of this |
| 9 | | Act, any officers of a corporation or agents of an employer who |
| 10 | | willfully and knowingly permit such employer to evade a final |
| 11 | | judgment or final award provided under this Act shall be deemed |
| 12 | | to be the employers of the employees.
