AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2915




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2915 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
4    "Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended  by 
5changing Section 4.23 as follows:
 
 

6    (5 ILCS 80/4.23)

 
7    Sec. 4.23. Acts and Sections repealed on January 1,
2013 
8and December 31, 2013.  
9    (a) The following Acts and Sections of Acts are

repealed on 
10January 1, 2013:

11    The Dietetic and Nutrition Services Practice Act.






12    Section 2.5 of the Illinois Plumbing License Law.

13    (b) The following Acts and Sections are repealed on 
14December 31, 2013:
15    The Medical Practice Act of 1987.
