| 7 | | Sec. 10.2a. Physicians; financial responsibility. A |
| 8 | | hospital operating within this State shall make publicly |
| 9 | | available, either in electronic form on a publicly accessible |
| 10 | | website, or in written form when requested, the financial |
| 11 | | responsibility requirements with respect to professional |
| 12 | | liability coverage necessary for a physician to obtain and |
| 13 | | maintain staff privileges at the hospital.".
