| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The State Parks Designation Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 5 and by adding Section 3.4 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (20 ILCS 840/3.4 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 3.4. State wildlife habitat areas. The following |
| 8 | | described areas are designated State Wildlife Habitat Areas and |
| 9 | | shall have the names ascribed to them in this Section: |
| 10 | | Larry D. Closson State Wildlife Habitat Area, in Douglas |
| 11 | | County.
|

| 13 | | Sec. 5.
All State Parks, Memorials, Parkways, Boating |
| 14 | | Access Areas,
Natural Areas, Wildlife Habitat Areas, |
| 15 | | Recreational Areas and Conservation Areas mentioned in this Act |
| 16 | | shall be under
the care, control, supervision, and management |
| 17 | | of the Department of Natural
Resources.
