| 3 | on page 4, immediately below line 3, by inserting the | ||||||

| 5 | "A township or township board's authority to aggregate | ||||||
| 6 | loads may be exercised only when the municipality or county in | ||||||
| 7 | which the township is located does not aggregate residential | ||||||
| 8 | and small commercial retail electrical loads located within the | ||||||
| 9 | township.".
