| 3 | | on page 9, by replacing lines 8 through 10 with the following: |

| 5 | | a State or federal credit union, the accounts of which are |
| 6 | | insured as required by the Illinois Credit Union Act or the |
| 7 | | Federal Credit Union Act, as applicable;"; and

| 8 | | on page 20, by replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following: |
| 9 | | "trustee in a bank, or savings and loan association or in a |
| 10 | | share account or share certificate account in a State or |
| 11 | | federal credit union, the accounts of which are insured as |
| 12 | | required by the Illinois Credit Union Act or the Federal |
