| 3 | | with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |
| 4 | | 1, on page 6, by replacing lines 19 through 25 with the |
| 5 | | following: |
| 6 | | "(c) No combination of deductibles and copayments paid for |
| 7 | | the receipt of basic health care services may exceed the annual |
| 8 | | maximum out-of-pocket expenses of a high deductible health plan |
| 9 | | as defined in 26 U.S.C. 223."; and
|
| 10 | | on page 7, line 1, by replacing "(e)" with "(d)"; and
|
| 11 | | on page 7, immediately below line 5, by inserting the |
| 12 | | following: |
| 13 | | "(e) This Section applies to enrollees and does not limit |
| 14 | | the health care plan payment for services provided by |
| 15 | | non-participating providers.".
