| 7 | | Sec. 6.12. Payment for services. The program of health |

is subject to the provisions of Sections Section 368a |
| 9 | | and 370a of the Illinois
Insurance Code, provided that, if a |
| 10 | | covered member or covered dependent assigns payments to a |
| 11 | | health care professional for covered services, then the health |
| 12 | | care professional shall only collect at point of service from |
| 13 | | that person the estimated amount not expected to be paid by the |
| 14 | | plan.
