| 5 | | on page 21, immediately below line 18, by inserting the |
| 6 | | following: |
| 7 | | "(g) In order to be eligible for the benefits granted to a |
| 8 | | service member under this Section, a service member who |
| 9 | | receives utility services from a not-for-profit cooperative |
| 10 | | must provide the cooperative with documentation that his or her |
| 11 | | military service materially affects his or her ability to pay |
| 12 | | for the services when payment is due."; and
|
| 13 | | on page 21, line 19, by replacing "(g)" with "(h)".
