| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3367 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 13, by replacing lines 5 through 7 with the following:

| 4 | | "of Education, in consultation with the Secretary of State, |
| 5 | | shall adopt course content standards for driver education for |
| 6 | | those persons under the age of 18 years, which shall include |
| 7 | | the operation and equipment of motor vehicles."; and

| 8 | | on page 14, by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the |
| 9 | | following:

| 10 | | "offered by those schools. The Secretary, in consultation with |
| 11 | | the State Board of Education, shall adopt course content |
