AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3373 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3373, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, as follows:
 
5on page 3, by replacing line 13 with the following:
 
6"department; provided that the program may provide 
7interest-bearing loans only if the annual aggregate amount of 
8moneys paid by the State Fire Marshal to the Authority under 
9the continuing appropriation provision of subsection (c-1) of 
10this Section is not exhausted by the payment of qualified 
11zero-interest loans provided under this Section. The Authority 
12shall make loans based on need, as"; and
 
13on page 5, by replacing line 24 with the following:
 
14"fire department; provided that the program may provide

2moneys paid by the State Fire Marshal to the Authority under
