AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3382 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3382 on page 3, 
3line 12, after "extended", by inserting "on or after the 
4effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General 
5Assembly"; and


 
6on page 3, line 17, after "agreement", by inserting "entered 
7into on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of 
8the 97th General Assembly"; and
 
9on page 8, line 1, after "financing.", by inserting "This 
10paragraph (3) applies only to school districts located in an 
11economic development area established or extended on or after 
12the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General 
13Assembly."; and
 
14on page 11, line 13, after "extended", by inserting "on or
