| 8 | | Sec. 3-106.1. Property used for public library purposes. |
| 9 | | Neither a local public entity nor a public employee is liable |
| 10 | | for an injury where the liability is based on the existence of |
| 11 | | a condition of any public property intended or permitted to be |
| 12 | | used for library purposes, including, but not limited to, open |
| 13 | | areas, buildings, grounds, rooms, or motor vehicles, unless |
| 14 | | that local entity or public employee is guilty of willful and |
| 15 | | wanton conduct proximately causing the injury.
