| 5 | | on page 6, by replacing lines 23 and 24 with "documentation for |
| 6 | | those rebate agreements, grants, and the contracts to the |
| 7 | | utility. The Department is authorized to adopt"; and

| 8 | | on page 18, by replacing line 20 with "Department has executed |
| 9 | | rebate agreements, grants, or contracts"; and

| 10 | | on page 18, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with "documentation |
| 11 | | for those rebate agreements, grants, and the contracts to the |
