| 4 | | in Section 5, Sec. 15-111, immediately after subsection (8), by |

| 6 | | "(8.5) A 3-axle truck registered as a Special
Hauling |
| 7 | | Vehicle, used exclusively for the transportation
of |
| 8 | | non-hazardous solid waste, manufactured before or in
the |
| 9 | | model year of 2014, first registered in Illinois
before |
| 10 | | January 1, 2015, may, when laden, transmit upon the road |
| 11 | | surface,
except when on part of the National System of |
| 12 | | Interstate and Defense
Highways, the following maximum |
| 13 | | weights: 22,000 pounds on a
single axle; 40,000 pounds on a |
| 14 | | tandem axle; 54,000 pounds gross weight on a 3-axle |
| 15 | | vehicle.
This vehicle is not subject to the bridge |
| 16 | | formula.".
