| 4 | "(d) A vehicle may not be registered under this Section | ||||||
| 5 | unless a title for the vehicle has been issued by the Secretary | ||||||
| 6 | and the vehicle is eligible for registration without regard to | ||||||
| 7 | its status as a military vehicle.".
