| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3593 on page 2, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following:

| 4 | | "determines, and issues an order finding, that (1) the real or |
| 5 | | personal property lacks sufficient equity, (2) the estate lacks |
| 6 | | sufficient funds to pay for insurance, or (3) the property is |
| 7 | | otherwise uninsurable. No personal property"; and

| 8 | | on page 4, after line 20, by inserting the following:

| 9 | | "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 10 | | becoming law.".
