| 3 | | lines 4 through 23 on page 1 and all of pages 2 through 21; and

| 4 | | on page 22, by inserting immediately below line 20 the |
| 5 | | following: |
| 6 | | "Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section, the |
| 7 | | penalty established in this Section shall be assessed for any |
| 8 | | violation of Section 11-601.5, 11-605.2, or 11-605.3 of the |
| 9 | | Illinois Vehicle Code.".
