| 6 | | redirected to the bus operator."; and

| 7 | | on page 3, line 16, after "2013.", by inserting the following: |
| 8 | | "The Request for Proposals shall contain a statement that the |
| 9 | | only revenue available to cover operating costs of the |
| 10 | | concessionaire will be from the farebox and any other sources |
| 11 | | generated by the concessionaire. The State shall have no cost |
| 12 | | responsibility for the service.".
