| 3 | | on page 1, by replacing line 10 with the following: |
| 4 | | (a) Subject to appropriation, the Department of Natural |
| 5 | | Resources is authorized to administer a"; and

| 6 | | on page 3, by replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following: |
| 7 | | "newspapers, electronic media, educational facilities, units |
| 8 | | of local government, and the Department of Employment Security |
| 9 | | offices."; and
|
| 10 | | on page 3, immediately below line 10, by inserting: |
| 11 | | "The Department shall adopt reasonable rules regarding the |
| 12 | | administration of the Community Youth Employment Program.".
