| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3780, AS AMENDED, |
| 3 | | in the first sentence of paragraph (13) of subsection (a) of |
| 4 | | Sec. 10 of Section 5, by replacing "to a subpoena, discovery |
| 5 | | request, or other lawful process" with "to a subpoena or court |
| 6 | | order"; and
|
| 7 | | by inserting after the last sentence of paragraph (13) of |
| 8 | | subsection (a) of Sec. 10 of Section 5 the following: |
| 9 | | "The court shall either issue an order authorizing the |
| 10 | | disclosure of the records or an order authorizing the issuance |
| 11 | | of a subpoena for the records to be delivered to the court for |
| 12 | | an in camera examination."; and
|
| 13 | | in the first sentence of subsection (d) of Sec. 10 of Section |
| 14 | | 5, by replacing "or (8)" with "or (8), or (13)".
