School Code Mandates, dated March 1, 2011, with |
| 5 | | the Senate, the House of
Representatives, and the Secretary of |
| 6 | | State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g of the School |
| 7 | | Code; therefore, be it

| 8 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 9 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |
| 10 | | CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district waiver |
| 11 | | requests identified below by school district name and by the |
| 12 | | identifying number and subject area of the waiver request as |
| 13 | | summarized in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 14 | | are approved to charge a fee not to exceed $250 to students who |
| 15 | | participate in driver education courses and disapproved for the |
| 16 | | remainder of the request: |
| 17 | | (1) Ottawa THSD 140 - LaSalle, WM100-5433, driver |
| 18 | | education - fee limit; |
| 19 | | (2) Streator THSD 40 - LaSalle and Livingston, |
