| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Mary Phyllis Russell, nee Mullins, of |
| 4 | | Plainfield, who passed away on January 20, 2011; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, She was born November 8, 1930 in Chicago; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents; her |
| 7 | | husband, Richard Russell; and her brother, John Mullins; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Mary Russell was the dear mother of Kathleen |
| 9 | | (Charlie) Krikorian, Joanne (Sava) Basic, and Susanne (Jim) |
| 10 | | Sutphen; she was the cherished grandmother of Allie Krikorian, |
| 11 | | Sava (Megan) Basic, Mihajlo (Caty) Basic, Tyler, Rachel, and |
| 12 | | Jake Sutphen; she was the beloved great-grandmother of Brianna |
| 13 | | Basic; and she was the fond aunt of Pamela (David) Panozzo, |
| 14 | | Rosemary, Michael, and Nicholas Mullins; therefore, be it

| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 17 | | her family and friends, the passing of Mary Russell; and be it |
