| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Pearl Malk of Oak Park, who passed away |
| 4 | | on April 8, 2011; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, She was a long time member of Oak Park Temple; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Pearl Malk, nee Marcus, was the beloved wife of |
| 7 | | the late Bernard; the loving mother of Barbara (James) Franch |
| 8 | | and Deborah Hawkins and the late Louise Malk and Ronna (Joseph) |
| 9 | | Harmon; the proud grandmother of Elizabeth and Emma Harmon; the |
| 10 | | dear sister of the late James and George Marcus; and the caring |
| 11 | | aunt of William Marcus; therefore, be it
|
| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 13 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 14 | | her family and friends, the passing of Pearl Malk; and be it |
| 15 | | further

| 16 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 17 | | presented to the family of Pearl Malk as a symbol of our |
| 18 | | sincere sympathy.
